Douglas Companies, Inc. "MARDI GRAS" 2010 TRADE SHOW

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Click the correct box to begin your Search. Indicate whether you are a “Broker” or a “Vendor”.  Brokers will later find items for ALL of their vendors under one location when they login to www.tradeshoweasy.com
  2. Search for your company information by entering a “key word” within your company name such as “Hershey” (to find “Hershey’s Company” or “Acosta”). Keep it simple. The shorter the key word, the better the chance of finding your company. If you like, you can also enter your Douglas Vendor # or Douglas Broker #.  Click "Search"
  3. If your search fails, simply "Clear" and re-enter new search data and click "Search" again. If your search finds “multiple matches”, a drop-down menu will appear with the possible vendors. Choose yours from the list and important contact information will “auto-fill” into the appropriate fields of the form. Note: if you cannot find your company, please email helpme@tradeshoweasy.com or call 630-530-5109 for help.
  4. Create your own Username and Password. IMPORTANT: Your Username MUST be Unique or the system will reject your registration and ask you to try again after you click “Register Now” at the bottom of the form. Make sure to write down your username and password. You will need this later when you submit your show deals.
  5. Please edit existing fields that need changes and complete any empty fields BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE CHANGE YOUR COMPANY NAME. If you want your booth sign to read something different than your Company Name, you will have this opportunity to change it under the “BOOTH SIGN UP” area of this Registration Form.  Note that required fields are marked with a red (*).
  6. Once you have registered as an exhibitor and filled out this form completely, click “Register”.
  7. CONTRACT & PAYMENT:  Make sure to Print the resulting Registration Confirmation twice. One is for your record and one  is to be mailed to DOUGLAS COMPANIES, INC. with your payment, including booth fees, sponsorships and electrical. Important Deadlines and Dates to Remember are also Printed at the bottom!
